Jamie and Sinclair got married on the most beautiful Houston day ever! I was so happy to fly down to Texas and be surprised with this weather! Jamie and Sinclair have been one of my favorite couples ever. Jamie is so beautiful and elegant. Sinclair is the bride and I love it! I love being greeting with hugs and excitement. They had complete trust in me and that felt really good. Having a bride and groom love you this much makes you feel amazing! They got married on the front lawn of The Houstonian. I loved their ceremony because it was outside and if you know Houston, you know how hard it is to plan an outdoor ceremony! They had Buddhist Monks participate in the ceremony and the rituals and chants were amazing to watch. After the ceremony they partied! I had so much fun seeing everyone party so hard! The DJ was fantastic and everyone had a good time. This was a fun night. So here are the pictures! Thanks for reading my blog, leave a comment and tell me what you think!

These pictures are just the tip of the iceberg. Laura took so many fantastic pictures that Jamie and I are really having a difficult time narrowing them down for the albums we want to order! We're really ecstatic about the amazing job Laura did. So happy with you, Laura! Thank you!

This was a beautiful day! The weather was perfect! It was just one of those days when the weather just makes you smile. Cara and Nick got married at the Ceresville Mansion in Frederick Maryland. Cara's favorite color red was everywhere. I really enjoyed how the wedding and reception was at the same location and the guest just showed up and had a good time. Everything on this day went as planned and perfectly. Cara looked amazing and we had fun hanging out all day and taking pictures. Cara and Nick are one of my most fav 2009 couples! they were so sweet and their family was so welcoming it felt like we were family! Thanks Stacy for 2nd shooting for me!

Veronica and Daniel got married right here in Manassas. I loved being so close to home and shooting at a location I have been loving since I moved here. They had the ceremony at the Old Manassas Court House and the reception was at the old Candy Factory. I loved the relaxed classy feel of this wedding. Veronica was so beautiful and I loved all of the details of this wedding. Their wedding planner Vicki Grafton of My Simple Details did an amazing job! She brought Veronica the Mickey balloons because they are going to Disneyworld for their honeymoon. Also another detail I loved was the little gumball place card holders. So cute! Ok one more favorite thing about this wedding was the song Daniel's brothers sang for them at the reception. Hands down BEST entertainment EVER at a wedding. I loved every second of it! Everyone in the room was laughing! Ok enough talking. On to the pictures!

Ina and Cyrus got married on a really rainy day. Their whole plans of an outdoor wedding and reception at Oxon Hill Manor changed. BUT I love the way everything turned out. Ina was so happy all day and I think it was because she didn't loose site of what the day was really about. Whether it was raining or not she was marrying Cyrus and she couldn't be more happy about that. Ina and Cyrus are great genuine people. They wanted their reception to feel like home so they brought all sorts of things for the guest to look at. Old Pictures, books, music and all of these things were setting all around all of the lounge furniture they had brought in. Vicky Choy of Event Accomplished did an amazing job coordinating this wedding.

Julia and DJ had a cute little morning wedding on Saturday. They kept it simple and beautiful by having the reception at the church hall. Sometimes simple can be so lovely. This wedding was really fun for me becasue Julia's mom goes to our church and there were several church members there. Stacy came to second shoot this wedding for me and we had a really fun day. We ended with going to the Starbucks were Julia and DJ had their first date. We got a few more pictures bird seed in hair and all. Aren't they so cute?
